In December 15, 2020, the online conference "29 years of Kazakhstan's independence and the horizons of a new stage" was held.

The conference was organized by the Eurasian Research Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish University. H.A. Yasawi.

The conference was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkey Abzal Saparbekuly, Chairman of the Plenipotentiary Council of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasavi Mukhittin Shimshek, Director of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations Akimzhan Arupov, representative of the Department of Eurasian Studies, University named after Nide Omera Halisdemir Turgay Dugen. KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was represented by the leading research fellow of the Department of Sociological Research Yermek Toktarov. The event was moderated by the Director of the Eurasian Research Institute Vakur Sumer.

E. Toktarov made a report on the topic "Modernization of public consciousness in Kazakhstan through overcoming contradictions." In his report, the speaker focused on the worldview aspects of the Ruhani Zhangyru program.
