The next issue of the scientific and analytical journal - Kazakhstan - Spectrum No. 4 (96) 2020 was published at the KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. (Link to the journal)
The following articles are published in this issue of the journal:
- "Hero of the time of creators" article by the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Seidumanov and the director of the KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Z.Shaukenova, which provides an overview of the life and research path of the outstanding scientist-archaeologist Karl Moldakhmetovich Baypakov, reveals the significance of his scientific heritage and contribution to Kazakhstani and world archeology ;
“International experience in the development of family-demographic policy” by Zh.Karimova, M.Absattarova, in which, based on a comparative analysis of international statistics and foreign legislation, the regulatory, institutional and financial foundations of the implementation of family-demographic policy in foreign countries are studied;
“Some aspects of the study of online petition as a new form of civic activism” by G. Kasimova, the author gives a brief description of modern studies of online petition for its understanding. Based on the work of J. Proskurni and her colleagues, an analysis of the influence of factors on the effectiveness of promoting a petition in Kazakhstan was carried out.
"Studies of systemic transformations in the countries of Central Asia (Part II)" T. Bodio, A. Wierzbitski, which presents the goals, objectives, organization and main stages of the implementation of the international program of transformation research in the countries of Central Asia.
"Transformation of the PRC's foreign policy principles in the context of a new geopolitical configuration: Kazakhstani vector" K. Masabaev, N. Seidin, which reveals the concept of "harmonious peace" as one of the conceptual foundations of modern Chinese foreign policy. The foreign policy of China at the present stage and the prospects for changing the role of the PRC in the Central Asia region are analyzed.
