On January 27, 2022, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a meeting of the SARAP expert club was held at the site of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development "Rukhani Zhangyru" to discuss the formation of a new Kazakhstani political culture and analyze current problematic issues in society.

Speaking at a meeting of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in January, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized that Kazakhstan would continue the course of political modernization. “We are forming a new political culture. Different views, but one nation. Only by respecting the opinions of others and through an open dialogue, our country will certainly move forward,” the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted later.
The current meeting of the expert club "SARAP" was held under the auspices of the theme "Zhana sayasi madeniet, birtutas ult". In his welcoming speech, the Chairman of the Board of the KIOR "Rukhani Zhangyru" Asylbek Yesenbayev shared his opinion on the phenomenon of Kazakhstani political culture and its potential for transformation in terms of traditions and modernization.
“The call of the Head of State for the formation of a new political culture has every reason, given the fact that the Kazakh society has historically had a high dialogue potential,” A. Yesenbayev emphasized.

During the meeting of the SARAP club, experts also noted the need to conduct actual measurements of the political sentiments of citizens, how the January events influenced the political activity of Kazakhstanis, etc.

The event was attended by political observer Gaziz Abishev, chairman of the republican youth organization "Zharasym" Timur Dzhumurbaev, media expert Syrym Itkulov, head of the Research Center "Youth" Ayan Sakoshev. From KazISS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, senior research fellow Zhanar Sankhayeva took part.
